The group are pulled different directions by Sistre’s chains. Venz wishes for a moment of peace, of quiet and solitude. He uses it to read the book that he claimed from the library – a grimoire filled with Serrata Paige’s memories. He’s determined to discover what happened under Carn Veskl, to find out who is responsible for Corpus.
